- In a big bowl take olive oil,chilli flakes,garlic,chilli sauce
- Add mint and coriander leaves
- Add tamarind paste, salt,rock salt,tandoori masala and mix
- Add the sliced Shakarkandi and marinate for 30 min.Then heat a coal and smoke the Shakarkandi (place the hot coal in middle and pour little ghee and cover)
- Grill the Shakarkandi on a griddle
- Mix all the ingredients of the dip and place in a dish
