Steps to make to make Paneer tikka
- Mix all the ingredients of marination in a big bowl.
- Cut paneer into cubes, collect all the ingredients together.
- Put the diced veggies and paneer into marination
- Mix well and gently
- Mix everything gently,cover the bowl and keep the marinade in fridge for minimum 45mins. (maximum overnight)
- Heat one tbsp oil on greased nonstick skillet, place the marinated paneer and veggies on it. Grill from all the sides
